( first off, SORRY! if this is a noob question, but im not into suspension that much. )

I have some tokico blues on my '88 crx that has a GSR rear disc conversion. well i had it sitting for a while ( on jackstands ) and when i finally put her down on all 4's i noticed one morning a little puddle underneath my rear passender LCA. I smell it and its oil, WTF!?

So i raise up my car and my shock has oil on it.what can be the prob? am i riding to low or is my shock gone? its only that shock thats leaking..

 

was probably ridding too low..

 

shock is toast.

you blew it. too much spring, too low, abused, all of the above.

 

^ lol..funny thing is i haven't rode on them yet..

oh well i guess i'll have to get a new one..

 

another reason not to buy blues.
