If tuned properly, around 12.5-13:1

id go 12-12.5 just to be safe 13.1 can be tunned but sometimes you can make less compression and more horse power im running 12.3 seems to work good for me.

I think 12-1 will be perfectly fine for a street car on pump. much more than that and you can brag that you are "runnin 13-1" but you'll most likely have to pull alot of ignition timing to get away with it. 12-1 and keep some reasonable ignition timing in it.

High CR doesn't automatically = Power
What stroker kit are you planning on doing? LS/B20 crank and rod combo? What cams, intake manifold, header, etc?

Research how increasing stroke effects sidewall pressure, then get back to me.
