just dropped out a gsr engine and put on a new clutch and skunk2 intake manifold. now im getting spark but not getting any fuel out of the injectors. the pump seems to be working as there is pressure at the fuel rail when i took it off to verify they weren't working when the engine is turned over. i took out the main relay and the solder joints on it all seem to be fine. all 3 engine grounds are attached and tight running out of ideas here.

 

You sure you got all the sensors plugged in right?

 

not really, very possible i could have plugged something in the wrong place

Do the fuel injector connectors have battery voltage with the key in ON(II)?

 

its actually a 94 integra. i'll go out to the garage and look right now on the injector voltage

 

no power to the injectors

 

Did you check for voltage with the key in ON(II)?

When you turn the key to ON(II), do you hear the low humming noise of the fuel pump priming for 2 seconds?

The main relay gets power through 3 different fuses, one under the hood and two under the dash. Are any of these fuses blown?

 

yea the key was on. ill recheck the fuses tomorrow. it must be an underdash fuse because i went over the underhood fuses atleast 5 times

 

fuses are good. i can hear the fuel pump priming also.

 

anyone?

 

could it still be a bad main relay?
