i just got a set of bmw bbs mahle 13x6 et-13 rim
and they have 215/50/13 advan track tires.

im looking for regular street tires. if any body runing anything post up puctures for me plzz

 

There aren't any good street tires made in 13" sizes. For a '97-00 Civic, you're much better off using 14" (195/60-14), 15" (195/55-15 or 205/50-15), or 16" (205/45-16 or 215/45-16), all of which have a nice selection of performance tires, including winter tires for winter, all-season tires if you have to use them in winter and summer conditions, and summer tires if you won't be using them in snow or frigid cold.

Sumitomo HTR 200 comes in a 215/50/r13 and a couple other 13" sizes you can get them on tirerack
