GSR IAT sensor CEL.. help plz
i have an obd1 GSR and my IAT sensor was throwin a code, code 10.. i bought a new sensor for the car and im still throwin th same code.. i reset the ecu and same thing happens.. car will not rev over 3k... im thinkin mayb the plug i have on it is the wrong one.. i have a yellow wire with black stripe and a red wire with yellow stripe hooked up to the IAT sensor now.. is this the correct plug for the IAT?? Wat color are the 2 wires that connect to the IAT sensor??

looking at my 94 sevice manual for the b18c1 the wire colors are grn/blue which is the -
and a red/yel for the +
sounds like you have the plug switched with something else. what about your EVAP purge solenoid? or IAC? I would look for the grn/blu and red/yel wires and switch that plug with the one you have on the IAT now
