1.Where does the shock go and the brain should go?

Didn't your system come with some instructions? The only thing I can think of is for you to follow the link in my signature and download the service manual for 96-98. Hope that gets you started. I also suggest doing a google search for installation instructions for your model alarm.

 

the seller forgot. And I request the instructions but i was hoping for to finish on sunday. but w.e he will reply monday. And I read the diagrams and such but it does not match with the alarm system. So i rather wait then to eff up in the run. thanks anyways

 

I would agree, it's best to wait for the instructions as you might regret it if you start messing with the wiring.

 

Yeah because if something is wrong or there suppose to be a fuse. my whole wiring even OEM wire might burn up. and im Screwed.

 

The harnesses you aren't sure about are relay harnesses you may/may not need them. You really need the instructions or aleast a paper to tell the function of each wire.
