What's the full build on it?
BC stage 4 cams, and stock pistons? Why? Your not making enough compression.
Any headwork to go with the cams/valvetrain?
If there are stock pistons, and NO headwork, I would say around 3k for what you have listed. It's basically a stock motor that's over-cam'd.
You also didn't mention the mileage on this. Nor compression test results and leak down results.

he did mention mileage. its 75k. but I agree a stock motor is much more desirable in this case. Id shoot to get around 3500-4. Modifications are a red flag to most. Im not saying you beat on the car but in my opinion in throws a red flag as to the reliability of the motor once its out. If you sell it completely stock and sell the other things outright you will make more money. A stock motor will sell for about 4500. sell all the other stuff and you will be much happier. Just my opinion though

And I did not say a stock motor is more desireable. Depending on whom the motor came from, documenation on build and things like that would be what I'd be after if I were purchasing a modified motor.
And stock motors for $4500? I hope you mean stock swap, and even then... GL, you can get JDM swaps with less mileage for less.
FWIW, OP if you need a starting/asking point. I sold an OEM longblock, 0 miles on it (my spare motor) for 3k. That was brand new from Honda with all paperwork on it. That should give you a reference point.
Also, please be clear is this just the motor, or complete swap with trans, axles and ECU?
