Default Wheel Bearing Install without air tools

Im replacing a rear wheel bearing on my 90 civic hatch. Its still the drum brakes. I got the old one off with a puller tool. Any advice on how to put the new one on without air tools or messing it up?
Any advice would be appreciated. THANKS
