It works fine for me.
As you're probably aware, you can only use pics through we-todd-did for only selected web site. (eg. Honda-Tech.com, Honda-Acura.net and a few others.)

we todd hosting service is a FREE setup that Craig (Asspenny) has opened just for us here at HT.com
he uses his work servers and space, but it is a business and has some downtime for updating...
I think he's quite generous w/ it...for the cost (nada) it's great, so what if there's some downtime once in a while

he has multiple T1 lines at work, but the company is always transferring HUGE files as well, so that eats up the bandwidth too....
not to mention all of you postwhores

it works fine for me too. I'm on dialup at home and it takes me 11 minutes to upload 5 pics, but still, it's great and free...
Their accessible bandwidth is going to come and go depending on their own company's needs, as someone else has already noted.
I have a dumb question, though.
Don't any of you guys use AOL? I have 210 megs of space on the AOL server, which I know special case, but every AOL account can have up to seven screen names, and each screen name can have 12 megs on the server.
So, even a regular AOL account will have a total of 84 megs available on the server.
And AOL does allow you to link directly to the server.
The AOL keyword is "My FTP Space" and you should have a look at it if you want to host images.
Notes:
(1)You will have to create a Web page for each screen name and "Join Hometown" in order to get the full 12 megs per screen name. But the Web page can be a very simple one, taking up no space at all.
(2)If you're into hosting 30 meg videos, you won't be able to do it on AOL. The server space cannot be combined in order to host a file larger than 12 megs.
Edit: I guess I'd better provide an example of an image hosted on AOL.
Herewith the tank in Turn 3:
