my friend and I had 4 pulls...one from stop and three from a roll

I won most of the races...from a roll, I had him by several cars on third and fourth gear...from a stop, he messed up his launch (?? dont know how you can do that in an awd car??) and I also beat him...the only time he had me was when he sort of flewby me

anyway we switched cars to drive and his BOV was VERY nice...I took his cars to the twisties and his car seems very stable ( a little too much body roll ) ... I didn't really like the gearing on his car nor the braking distance...however, I was a little surprised by the good top end power; many people said wrx's dont have good top end but that's actually not the truth

anyway, the wrx has earned my respect

 

I've raced a few WRX's...but i have turbo in my ITR, from a roll i took it no problem...walked them. this was a mildly modded one. but i give them respect for then can add boost, downpipe, intank, exhuast and hit mid to low 13's.

 

interesting. i was confident i could take my friend's wrx, but it's surprisingly quick. i have yet to race him though... good to hear an itr can, though.

 

One of my buddy has a WRX. I raced him several times too. On local he hands me my *** like nothing. But when we're on the E-way, my fourth and fifth pulls hard from him. I would also like to add, that his WRX has a boost controller, BOV, front mount, and some other goodies.

 

Where the hell r u able to hit good speeds in van? freeway i'm guessing.......

 

one thing, BOV does nothing performance wise.
4th gear is very, very long.
if he has a front mount, he should also have a diff turbo,inj,blah, blah.
makes me think why u can pull on him in 4th/5th.
what are ur mods?
