We put a new head and a new stock ported and polished intake on the hatch and retunned it this is what it made. It still has a stock throttle body and two and a half inch exaust with a resonator and muffler. We did have to go from stock injectors to 550 rc.
I doubt Mainstream's dyno reads high. I got my 84.5mm b20vtec tuned/dynoed there and it made what I was expecting.

Plus, Vteckidd uses this same dyno to test all of his headers on.

oh, i remember reading about your dads EG build. he must have done a bitchin job on the head cuz its putting out some great numbers, especially with that stock throttle body. any plans to go with a larger TB?

Your last dyno sheet was 231/171, wasn't it? How'd you gain 20whp and 10tq?
Regardless, impressive numbers, especially if the bottom end is still the same.

He actualy just made the piece so we could use the guys flow bench on our head. At the time he did the head we did not have a flow bench availble so he didnt use one. Yes it is a 2.3 liter sorry and the bottom end is a little different by raising the compression from 11.87 to 12.3 and going to a 88 milimeter bore. We didnt want to change the bottom end but found out the hard way that type s pistons are not compatiable with steele sleeves they will not work. It doesnt realy hurt the sleeves just eats the pistons up. You can do this same build with a stock block and type s pistons with a little shaveing of the head get the same compression we just had a sleeved block laying around so we decided to use it.

he doesnt want to put a after market throttle body on it he like to pop the hood and it look stock which it does right now and he hates it being loud so no chance of bigger exuast it his daily driver we was not planning on making nothing like this power with it so we will just leave it alone . I just bought a cx hatch a good bit lighter than his si we are going to start on it now.
