Tell me why i failed my smog test
Im pretty sure because i did pass smog a year ago with this same setup only thing i did from a year ago to now is replace spark plug, wires, cap&rotor btw last smog test i barely pass HC(PPM) on the 15MPH
just drop down the cat and check it out, if your car is dropped, or you've ever scraped on a speed bump its very possible that you could have knocked one of the screens from its place

I have a magnaflow high flow cat the longest its been on the car is 2 1/2 years, but my first guess would be the cat. This stresses me out because this car has never given me problems nor does it smoke.
was the car properly warmed up? or did u wake up and take the car to go get smoged...i ask because the sheet says that it was performed at 10am
if the car is not properly warmed up the car might be in open loop and when in open loop the car doesnt care much about the emissions resulting in a failure..this is due to the engine spittin more gas in and trying to warm it up for optimum conditions and since its trying to raise temp it could result in temporary high combustion chamber temp which is would give u the high nox which u also failed

Becuase your emissions were too high. jk High flow cats are a rip off, most won't pass a smog test. Throw on a stock one and try again. Check your tune too. According to your sheet you are running rich.
