Finally getting around to doing a build thread for my current car. Leave any comments of the car that you may have positive or negative, just want to know what the world has to say and what it is gonna turn into.

The car is a 1997 clear tittle civic dx, I got the car about 4 months ago after my dc2 b20vtec took a poop on me and i didnt have the time nor funds to repair it. I traded a good buddy of mine for the civic cuz i needed a daily to get to work. The car is in pretty good condition except for a couple of scratches, dent in the hatch door and a ding on the hood, and a small crack and blemish on the left rear bumper, and dirty carpet nothing major though.

I haven't done much to the car yet, and dont have many pics of when i got it and just some pics of the little things that i have done, mostly cosmetic mostly because its just a daily that i take to work, but thinking about a motor swap and or boost.

Only thing I dont like is the rear ITR seats, they just dont fit perfectly. But, good looking car.

Nice and clean, I like the rim replacement! IMO, you really should sell that wing for something a little better. That one is full of air and bubbles. Pretty soon here it will probably start de-laminating, just fly off, and ruin someones windshield.

 

lol ya but it was given to me so i just wanted to slap it on while i had it, i still got the original, im lookin into diffrent wings maybe just a nice mild ctr wing is what imma go with

 

thanks yea gotta have that tow hook lol, i like the jmags the best, the white rims were literally on the car for about 1 hr i just traded the circuit 8's to get the white rims cuz my friend that had the jmags wanted white rims so i we traded lol

yea i know what u mean, i just wanted matching interior, but yea the dont fit perfectly but i knew there was gonna be gaps cuz on thread i read there are always gaps, except there are as big gaps if the bottom seat cushion is a itr sedan cuz its thicker but i cant find someone just to sell me the bottom only lol

 

love the color man, yea looks like we are, im lookin for a ctr lip kit to add to my car

To get your rear seats fitting better might I suggest you to take the skin off the ITR and put it on the skin of the stock seats. Just get an upholster to get it perfect but it does fit very good.

They call the Bomex spoiler the transformer wing cause it's so out there....lol. It actually looked like a bench when I first got it but when I put it on I was like damn, I like it...hahaha.

Samething with the rims, but I don't tell people about it and then they said it looks nice but when I tell them their 19" they take a second look and everyone is shocked. However I can back it up.

If you want a less extreme wing then you may like the CTR one, it's very nice.

straight trade, its a 94 ls bone stock except for a skunk2 strut bar and intake, the bad the previous owner wanted a lower car and cut the springs so it rides like ****,told my friend and he said he would trade his 99 tegg with ls and gsr leathers for mine lol
