Default 1994 integra gsr / mushy brakes

master brake cylinder gone wrong ?

I step on the brakes, and within seconds the pedal goes all the way down and loses its effect.

Could also be brake booster or could be leaking break fluid.

I am also having the same problem but not as severe as yours. When ever im breaking for a long time, like if im going from 55 to a stop sign, the pedal will very slowly start going to the floor. I blead all my brakes last night and all calipers are getting fluid but i noticed my abs module looked like it was leaking out of the bleeder thats there on top. I retightened the bleeder and its still doing the same thing.

well I think i found out my problem but i need to know how to fill that little resivor on top of the abs module. It looks like there are two screws holding the plastic tank down and a bleeder right next to it so idk if im supposed to bleed that or what?

it's the master cylinder, i learned this from my brakes class. the master cyl. is bad. replace it with a new one, the problem will then be fixed.

Remove the grey cap and pop open the plug underneath to fill the older pumps.

Would this be the same for non-abs?
