1994 accord fuel pump problem
my fuel pump seems to be wired directly, from the fuse box to the wire on the passenger side of the car, if i disconnect the fuse and take off the wire and put the fuse back on it don't start, does the fuel pump have its own relay? and for the main relay how do i check that with a multimeter? i want to check for ecu and the fuel pump, im just wondering where the/if it has one, relay is located? or does anyone have an input on where i should start looking for my problem, checked all the fuses in the engine bay and tried different relays as well, in the inside fusebox all fuses are fine as well, thanks
The PGM-FI main relay operates the fuel pump and supplies power to the injectors. These links should answer most of your questions.

thanks so much redbull, i had my car gutted out, from the bottom of the dash to the passenger side of the dash, i was plannig on following the black and yellow wire, and when i saw the main relay i saw that it went to there, so took of the main relay, took the gut out, and saw the solder was bad for the fuel pump, thank god i didn't go and follow that wire, who knows how long that would have taken me, thanks again redbull
