I'm replacing my B&M with either an oem itr or SK2. My question is this: The B&M is the straight (racing) version and came with the aluminum housing for the ball to sit in. The oem version I believe had a poly/plastic housing (which I don't have). So, The SK2 doesn't come with a replacement housing. Can I use the aluminum one form the B&M? If so, will I have the same buzzing problem that I have now? The other option is to buy a used oem along with that plastic piece. Anyone? I want to fix this issue asap as it's driving me insane when I drive it.
