question about DC header for the DA
I just bought a DC header for the 90-91 Integra but when I got it the o2 sensor is in a different spot, down by the collector. On the 90-91's the o2 is suppoosed to be on the top part of the header and on 92+ it's down by the collector. I thought it was a mix up at first and someone put the wrong header in the wrong box, but after checking the stamps on the header (AHC9003) it is indeed for the 90-91.
So how is that going to work? I have a single wire non-heated o2 sensor that is supposed to be located close to the head to get warm enough to get a proper reading. So if I use this header won't it be too far away from the factory location and not get hot enough to read correctly? I mean with it being in the same location as a heated o2 sensor but yet it is not heated I don't seee how it could work correctly? I'm sure it has to make a difference. Let me know, I'm not even sure if I want to put this header on now.
