B16a1 Header?
I just baught a b16a1 for my g2 integra. i want to get dc 4-1 style header. What engine am i supposed to order the headers for a civic si or will a header for a 90 integra work ?
Few things to realize here.... the 90-91 Integra downpipes are longer than the 92-93 Integras and Civics and DC Integras. Therefore, if you want to use a 4-1 header, you're going to have to add an extention to the downpipe to reach the cat. Furthermore, no 4-1 header has 2 O2 bungs up on the primaries so what you would have to do is weld to nuts onto the primaries and drill out the hole for the 2 O2 sensors, if you're going to run the 2 O2 sensors. Finally, a 4-1 header won't fit in the DA chassis unless you notch/trim the front crossmember or it's going to hit. That should give you some ideas of what you're facing.

He said he's using a B16A1, thus using the OBD-0 PR3 or PW0 ECU (in stock form, not chipped) and they look for 2 O2 sensors and need them up on the primaries. Otherwise if it's on low on the downpipe, it's not going to get a "warm" reading and engine will feel sluggish. With a LS ECU, the O2 can stay on the downpipe and only 1 is needed.
