Default Tokico blue Question

So Ive noticed that the Tokico blue's have a lower spring mounting surface than their other struts do.
If i got some of the tokico blues with just regular coilover sleeves. Will i be able to make my car so low i cant drive it?
I want my car super low..

Its a 98 civic sedan.
Please let me know..

if you want it super low in non-drivable condition then just take off all four wheels and tires and drive around on brake rotors...!!!

Tokico blues suck. If you want to go with tokicos, get the Illuminas (the white ones). Either way, if you make your car "super low" it will ride like ****.

Might as well just use stock shocks if you just want it "super low y0" and don't want to drop the cash on quality shocks.

A rare appearance by PAT. haha! Besides burning $$ The warranty would go right out the window. Might as well try the Skunk2 shocks they will at least honor 3months warranty.
