Well i was just driving and i noticed that my car was shaking, i was near a shop so i just went and got my oil changed, problem still was there. So i went home and did a few tests, and i decieded to check to spark plugs, and this is what i come to find out.

One Spark Plug Is Dry and has no oil.


You can see how it looks compared to the other ones, but im not sure if this would be a problem. Can someone help me. Could it be the Valve Cover Gasket? If so, how do you fix? how much would the parts cost

 

No, its not the valve cover gasket. Its your lower spark plug o-ring. You'll have to pull the rocker arms off and be able to remove and install the new o-rings. Minus well do all four while everything is apart.
