Hello guys,

I recently saw someone that had a PA system in their car in the picture thread, but now I can't find that person or pictures.

I was just wondering, How did you hook up your PA system?

A 12v power source and a good ground. That's about it, except for choosing a place to mount it.

 

Where would I find another 12v source beside the Cig lighter?

 

Use a DMM and find a hot lead in the fuse panel, or run a line (with fusible link) directly from the battery.

 

Could you explain what a DMM is?

I was thinking about the direct to the battery way with about a 20 AMP fuse, but I already have my fogs and HIDs to the battery. So I don't know if it is able to connect all of that together.

 

DMM = Digital Multimeter


The battery should be fine. It's not like you're going to constantly have the PA turned on, and they don't draw much power.
