I have JDM headlights and one of my bulbs went out. I ordered some but they dont fit. The seem to have a larger base/trim. Does anybody know what part number or what there called? Where can I get them? Thx

 

Specify the exact car they are for and the brand of headlight.

Maybe someone who has the same thing will then be able to help you.

 

i belive you need h4h headlight bulbs. i bet you have h4?

 

im 99% sure you either have a jdm DA or EG headlights. which require an h4h bulb.

 

oh & if they are h4h hmotorsonline.com has oem bulbs for a low price, passwordjdm.com has aftermarkets & some vendors in the marketplace sell h4h hids.

 

My car is a 1995 Civic Si. I have JDM headlights not the stock USDM it came with from factory.

wow...sorry to bring this from the dead, but this answers my question. I thought I was losing my mind. I have a JDM EG8 and went to replace the bulbs. I just glanced at the ones in there at the time and saw H4...didn't even notice the h that followed. I went and bought some H4's and they are too big to fit in the area you line up with...this helped...lol. Unfortunately, I haven't seen any H4H bulbs in Japan, wtf, lol? Time to check superautobacs

 

Haha, surprising that even Japan doesn't sell H4H bulbs.

Does anyone know is EDM headlights use H4 bulbs like USDM?
