2001 civic timing belt

how bad of a job is it? planned on doing the water pump too. whats needed to get the balancer off? will i still have to find tdc to just change the belt or can i slide the old one off and the new one on? any help will be greatly apprecitated

i got a question im currently doing a timing belt is the special tool needed for the tensioner the guy calls it the grenade pin in the link you provided?
