Default Polishing Intake Manifold Tips

What do you all use to polish the metal like the Intake Manifold and throttlebody? I have a Dremel with the basic attachments. I also have a good high speed Makita Drill.

What kinda bits and attachments provide good results? wire brush bit? etc etc? My ZC motor is a bit grimey from sitting around in a warehouse. want it to shine a bit.

comments and tips are welcome.

ok first off it's a d16z6.um to polish it i took it and had it tanked first at amchine shop to clean it.then i took scotch brite pads with a high speed grinder to get all the rough stuff out.after that start wet sanding with med grit sandpaper and work your way down to finer.i use blue magic polish from advance auto parts to start plishing.lots of circles daniel son!jk um basically it will start to come up slowly.i use a dremel with polishing pads for the hard to reach stuff.when all is said and done i use a mothers wax paste to give it a nice seal.oh yeah the ehaust mani is a drag gen 2.good luck with yours.it is very time consuming work and montonous ,but in the end the resluts speak for themsleves.good luck
