Default Valve Change

How easy would it be to change my valves while the motor is still in the car/

I've only ever done it with the motor out. I have bare bottoms tools and a driveway right now and bent valves.

You would need to remove the head not the whole engine.

If you have "bare bottoms tools" make sure you have the right tools to do the job, especially for re-assembly! A good accurate torque wrench is a must. Are you gonna do the valve swap or taking it to someone?

He'll need more than the bare essentials. I'm not sure this is the kind of thing someone new to working on cars should attempt.
