Post stage 4 6 puck.?

i have a 1999 honda civic ex and i know i wasnt specific in my last forum here. so im being specific now.
i have a 1999 honda civic ex an im swapping the tranny. the clutch i have now in the bad tranny im pretty sure needs to be replaced.(if theres a way to check inform me please)
but so since im trying to buy a clutch i found this online is it a good deal for what im trying to get

That clutch is way too much for anything under 350whp and those flywheels look like ****. Go to Advance Auto or Autozone and get a new clutch kit for your car. It's about $100 and it comes with pilot bearing, throwout bearing, clutch disc and pressure plate.

If you are not concerned about using a used clutch/ flywheel off of craigslist why not see what kind of setup is in the transmission you will be installing. When I did my swap I kept the clutch/ flywheel that came with it and have had no issues.
Keep in mind that lightened flywheels and higher stage/grip clutch setups make the car less daily driver or stop and go traffic friendly.
If your '99 is stock- I suggest a stage 1 or OEM type replacement.

i was thinking about getting a new clutch soon... that kit looks decent... im going to be boosting my car to abpout 180 hp... think that clutch could hold it anyone?

Looks good and yes, it will hold. Clutches hold torque, though, not horsepower, so be sure to keep that in mind

Those aftermarket pressure plates are usually a bit stiffer than stock, which has always made me happy. A bit more pedal feel never hurts.

amazon.com OEM Exedy clutches are like 100 shipped. find part number elsewhere, look it up there.
