Problems starting engine
I have a 99 CIvic hatchback with a GS-R engine. Currently running skunk2 intake manifold with a 00 Civic Si ecu. Car ran great for more than a year, even though check engine light is on because of (manufacturer auxiliary emission controlled code). Recently, I'm having problems with starting. On one occasion, I was driving at 40mph, then the engine shuts off, I had to wait 10 minutes to start it up. If I shut off the engine, i have to wait for ~10-20 minutes to be able to start it up again. Now, the car would not start at all. Some of the things that I've tried to replace: distributor, ingition switch, and main relay. I have a fuel pressure gauge, before when I turn off the engine, it remains at ~40-50 psi, after an 30-60 minutes, it would go down to 0. Evidently, fuel is flooding my engine. When I first crank the engine, I have spark (from the spark plug), but I have no sparks if I crank it a second time. I created a similar thread in the Civic section, but have no solutions. I guessing it is the ecu. Any help is much appreciated
