Not the best picture quality. Are you able to highlight or circle the hose that you are referring to? Use MS paint and circle it or take a closer picture of the specific hose.
If your talking about the hose coming out from under the rad cap. That is the coolant over flow hose. it should be connected to your coolant over flow tank mounted beside the battery.

yea the hose comeing from the raditor its just a over flow i believe u can remove it or run it to overflow tank if u want a more sporty look also if ur thinking of that take the heat sheild of looks stupid

I agree with the recommendation. Although there are aftermarket hoses, I always prefer the hoses from Honda for the fit and durability; additionally the upper radiator hose have the paint mark on the top of the radiator side for quick direction and alignment purposes. Normally, with the hoses from Honda, I only need to replace any particular hose only once in the car's lifetime.
