ok - if you want people to answer your question in a helpful way - you have to provide more information in your query.

"Best" can be defined in about 300 ways - and with respect to what YOU want it totally depends on what qualities in a clutch YOU find attractive.

what don't you like about the stock clutch (and please tell me we are talking about a Type R)

Agreed BPR, we need a starting point of what you might want in a clutch and go from there. I personally have an Exedy Organic faced clutch which i like a lot. I do driving schools in my R every couple of months and it holds up well. Easily streetable as well with barely more pressure on the pedal than the stock clutch.

I have used the Type R clutch with 250WHP and no problems, I don't go to the drag strip. If you need more holding power I have used and installed almost every clutch there is and the ClutchMaster Stg 3 is real nice. If broken in correctly it will engage very smooth and has a light pedal feel. But for the money The R clutch is the way to go !

ACT I was running 230whp and the stock clutch lasted 8100 miles, so the R clutch is NOT the way to go. Go TODA

i understand...still a newbe. well i want to geta strong griping clutch but my car is a daily driver. i sorta want the stock feel, but will scarafice if needed. i am playing on getting a turbo very soon, so i will need a clutch to handle. i was thinking of a clutchmasters stage 3 with a good flywheel(dont know what kind yet).
