I have a 93 Accord LX. Just fixed the starting issue and now the windows won't work. I tested the fuse in the engine bay and there isn't power. I pulled out the window relay and found power there. I switched the relay with a good one and still no windows. I haven't tested the switches in the driver's door or the fuse block inside the car. What do you think?

 

If you have power at the relay and not at the box there is most likely an interuption in the wiring. Trace the color under your dash and go from there. That is just one option that will take like 20 minutes max.
