Damaged stock rim, best place to get a replacement?
Hey guys,
Recently I hit a curb while driving at night and bent my front rim on my 08 civic LX. The rims are stock and I'm looking to keep them that way.
Does anyone have any advice on the best place to purchase a replacement? I'm always hesitant to go through a dealership.
Thanks

I would do this before buying a new wheel. Any wheel repair place will be able to tell you if the wheel can be repaired or not. Do a google search for wheel repair places in your area.

beat me to it...chances if its that bent, theres gonna be hairline fractures in the wheel. even if its straight, the strength of the wheel has been compromised and youre never gonna keep air in it.
I generally look to Majestic Honda when i need oe parts

Most of the time, it's better to replace than to repair. In my case, it would cost me more to repair my stock wheel than buy a new one... which is very sad.
I upgraded to a new set of HFP Carbon Bronze wheels from College Hills Honda. The wheels were $125 each. The shipping was a little more however, they were totally worth it.
