clicking while turning usually means that you have a bad axel. The tranny is probably good. It's weird that it is doing it right after a fluid change though.
the car drives fine. i dont see or feel any difference. it only clicks when im driving an turning left. could i maybe have moved something while i was changing the fluid? idk.

Usually, you want to use Honda MTF...but the fluid has nothing to do with the axles. Maybe your axle was going bad allready?
Maybe the clicking is coming from your trans. Maybe the clicking is a rock in your tires. I can't hear the clicking because I'm on the interwebz...so I don't know.
Try taking it to a reputable shop to see if they can diagnose it.
You know if it's a LSD by looking through the diff housing with the axles out. If you can see straight through, it's a LSD. If you see a bar in the middle, it's an open diff.
It may or may not have LSD stamped on the trans casing. My friend's B16 LSD trans does not have a stamp....or the stamp wore off?

yeah, really sounds to me like the axle's going bad coincidentally. It wouldn't be caused by anything you did, unless maybe you accidentally tore the CV boot or something.
Definitely clicking while turning is a major symptom of a failing axle.

could be how high you jacked the car if u had if sitting on your left tire for a good while maybe you stressed the axle. or it needs an alignment.
by the way i did the same tranny flush with some royal purple synchromesh but i was wondering is that the same or better then honda OEM tranny oil
