Default d15b7 crankshaft

Which way do i turn to loosen the crankshaft bolt? I have the flywheel jammed and need to know which way to turn so i wont f anything up. please help. thanks

ok...the bolt is off! 560psi leg muscle with a torque wrench and 17mm socket! so now, how do i remove the pulley? wedge it or what because the key is in there good..

use a puller ur gonna f the key and pulley up

wiggle the pulley back and forth, it slides out. Don't lose the key.

hold the pulley and hammer the heck out of the crank.
come on, it's just slid onto the crank.
