Default Steering rack question.

I have a 99 civic si and my power steering rack is no good.

I am swaping a K motor in it and want to delete the power steering.

What I need to know is, is there a way I can put manual rack that will bolt up to the EM1 Subframe?

I was wondering if there is way because I do not want to loop it. If there is not other way, I guess I'll take the time and buy a new power and loop them.

Any info, experience, links, and such would be great!

TIA

I was told you have to use front lower control arms, forks, and such to run the front sway bar?

Is this true?
