Default finished zc swap, but engine stays at 2500 rpms while idleing.

Hey guys just finished my sohc zc swap in my buddy's crx. I got the jumper harness for the obd0 to obd1 swap. Only things I haven't wired up are vtec silenoid, vtec oil pressure sensor and knock sensor.

Car starts up fine. Then the idle goes to 2500 rpms. it doesn't jump around just stays constant at 2500 rpms.

I drove it around and seems to be running fine except below 2k rpms it kinda bogs a little.

Any insight on this will be greatly appreciated.

Yeah check out the 5 other threads going on right now about this problem. I explain everything to check in each of them... You need to learn how to search and look in the FAQ... it will help you out in the log run. Look at the first one then the second…

Hell yeah... damn iPhone PWNED me again... oh well... it is what it is "THE LOG RUN"!!! I do that and flip trees over for fun. I am a man, a manly man.

On a side note, old people should not be allowed on computers or to own gadgets like the iPhone…
