Suspension mystery
The suspension mystery is that why does an eg civic or ek civic or dc integra handle good with megan racing, function and d2 ect and ep3 civics and dc5 integras dont. IMO all these full coilovers are junk. but dont get me wrong they are cheap where people buy them and they do the job. I have read and looked at alot of these car and the way thy were designed. what I come to is that the way and angle of the suspension are different. so can someone tell me in a simple way why this is. thank you
Also EG and EK civics have a double wishbone type of suspension which usually handles better off the bat. You can get a McPherson set up to handle well (type thats on a dc5/ep3), dont get me wrong, but it is harder. The older civics also generally weigh less which helps out also.
the last response is correct. doesnt matter is the suspension is junk or not. if the design of the system is "flawed" then it will be harder to have a "well handling" car.
I agree with you guys but the answers you gave me is nothing I already didn’t know but thank you for you reply’s just wanted to hear it from someone ells so I would stop thinking about it so much. Thank you

Every coilover you just listed comes from the same building. It is called "Toser" and it is in Taiwan. those companies just contact Toser, choose a color, submit their logo, choose a couple options and get a coilover. others include PIC, omni, skunk2, and Ksport.
what is hilarious is, these days people are starting to hear of this "toser" and will even make posts in forums asking "are these coils any good? they look JUST LIKE omnipower" hmmm yea, ya dont say?
if it is not bilstein's high end, or penske, it better be at least a koni yellow.
mystery solved......and i would have gotten away with it, if it werent for you meddling kids and that mutt.
