I did the same thing earlier this summer. I too love the way it looks. I don't drive it much, let alone leave it sitting out in the sun so I'm not worried about the seats fading. Not a fun job though. I still have a bit of a haze on my rear window.
That's why I tinted my car in the first place.. Now I don't drive it, so off it comes.
Camera used was Nikon D50 w/ 50mm 1.8f
I used a steamer to heat up the tint then slowly pealed it off while still heating it. Use original windex w/ ammonia and a razor blade to remove the glue. If you work slowly you should be able to pull the tint off without leaving any glue on the window. I was able to do most of my windows w/o leaving any glue. Just take your time, especially on the rear window. You can't use the razor on the rear window, you'll scratch off the defroster. Took me about 4 hours total, go on youtube and search for videos.
