FS: 1999 EM1 rolling Shell needs to be gone! 1250 cash

OK i need to sell this ASAP. i am going to lower the price to 1250 as is you deal with DMV bill of sale. I have the paperwork to start the transfer but it is all up to you to finish the paperwork. <b>if i cannot sell it. I will part it out. Please PM ME.</B>

1999 EBP CIVIC Si Rolling Shell
up for sale is a 1999 civic si electronic blue pearl. Clean title but was in an accident front a pillar and was fixed by prior owner. rolling shell. no engine.
currently i was in process of stripping the car down for paint. engine bay has been stripped down but have the parts. It has a complete interior. nothing major missing inside besides radio. When i received the car all it need was an engine to get it up and running. as it stands it still needs an engine and new fenders and few other tid bits.
Car comes with a 99-00 SI Ecu. Front and rear lips. front and rear bumpers and Headlights. it has the orignal cluster, one key with a aftermarket alarm. and orginal disc brakes front and rear. and hood.
Car is missing locks for the rear trunk and passenger door, Molding from the passenger door. and front left and right fenders.
please contact me via email to see the car. it has to be picked up. Cash only.
Need to see in person for condition. Please no tire kickers etc etc.

nothing wrong dont have the title on hand. i have the paperwork that has the signatures of transfer of titles and to get copy of it.
