B18C TPS issue Help!
I have a 2000 Integra GS with a JDM B18C swap, OBD2a P72 computer. Everything worked perfect until now haha.
I installed a Skunk2 intake manifold, worked fine no issues!
Then I decided to clean it up a bit by putting the ITR throttle cable and bracket on, and to do this you need a different throttle pulley other then the GSR one correct? so I modified a pulley off a D-series, made sure i had the closed throttle "stop" for the pulley, and made sure it could open as far as WOT.
Put it all together and it worked great no issues!
The throttle pulley didnt feel right so I made a few small adjustments, and in the meantime I took the cold air intake off and decided to clean out the throttle-body with throttle cleaner and 2000grit sandpaper very lightly to help clean out the carbon, then i wiped all the crap out with a rag, started the car up and continued to spray and clean it out. Turned the car off and put the intake back on and went to take it for a test drive.
I got in the car, started it up took it for a drive, no issues. But...what i didnt know is that on a skunk2 intake manifold the little extra nipple for the coolant the kinda T's out, I had that closed off but i didnt to a good enough job and it was leaking quite bad at this point and I lost a lot of coolant. I fixed that problem but now my CEL is on...
I checked the code and its for (07 TPS) and (20 Electrical Overload). So to shorten this up a bit, I replaced, calibrated and tested my TPS, metered all 3 wires to the ECU and had 0 resistance. When the car is running, I can unplug the connector to the TPS and no change in idle or anything. When I first start the car up on a warm start, it idles normal and then about 2 seconds later the CEL comes on, and the rpm's jump up to around 1500 rpm and just stays there.
Please help!!

Bump for ya.
Sorry man, the only thing I can figure is the TPS got damaged in the transition. As a side note, did you calibrate the TPS? If the calibration is off with the TPS (07) then maybe the coolant caused the electrical overload on an alternative circuit somewhere (20)...
