I think you mean the camshaft holder plate. They are 20lb-ft. (apply engine oil to threads)
The smaller ones on each end are spec'd at 7lb-ft.
Cylinder head cover is 7lb-ft also

these are the bolts I am talking about they are 12mm and I have been told by 2 other different people that it's 12ftlbs
