I have a skunk2 1st gen intake manifold with a stock gsr throttle body and a ITR throttle cable bracket along with the ITR throttle cable BUT it seems the throttle cable is a bit too long someone had this problem before?

 

Looks like you need to swap out the throttle rotor to a non GSR piece.





Is it also hooked to the pedal correctly?

 

maybe look into an LS throttle cable
