ibook G3. Dual USB versions came out between May 2001 and April 2003. that's either a 12.1 inch or a 14 inch. Latest version of this ibook was a 800mhz to 900mhz... just like the pentium III's.

now for Johnnydc's question... "how old is it"? between 6-8 years.
