Default Lowering Racing Spring or Coilover Kit.....???

Alright guys, Im thinking about dropping my car and I want to get all the opinions, suggestions, and advices I can get before I make my decision whether to lower my car with Lowering Racing Spring or Coilover kit............What do you guys think would be the best way to go about this...............I don't like my car to be bouncing and sh*t once it drop...........I prefer a quality smooth ride once it drop..........So any ideas or suggestions........would really appreciate it info.....................thanks.....

Koni yellows/Eibach Pro Kit /done

Coilovers are TOO MUCH for you!

Linear springs will always be rougher than progressive
