2 problems....PLEASE HELP!!
1997 Honda Accord SE
Problem #1 - Turn signal fuse (7.5 amp) keeps blowing out. I put a 15 amp fuse in and now only the right signal works, left signal and hazards dont. If this is an electrical/wiring problem where should I look first and what should I be looking for? A photo or diagram would help a bunch.
Problem #2 - Radiator fluid is leaking but all the hoses are fine. Fluid is leaking around the front right axle.
Please Help!

First off, take out the 15 amp fuse. You really shouldn't replace fuses with larger current capacities than what they are rated for. That could result is melting wires and / or starting fires. Next, check the bulb itself. In unusual burnout situations (especially while hitting bumps and the like), it is possible for the electrical 'nodes' within the bulb to short to one another thereby reducing the resistance while disallowing the tungsten (or whatever is used in your specific bulb) to pass the necessary current in order to yield light. Next, visually check the light plug wires and the like, near / on the light fixture.
now i am new to accords but is there a heater bypass plug on the block? because that could also be a cause of your coolant loss. also it is a good idea to go through and replace all the coolant hoses that have not already been replaced in the life of the vehicle because the rubber deteriorates a little and dries out. its just a little bit of preventative maintenance.

OH NO DUDE!!!! your flux capacitor got coolant on it! your car will explode in 3 days!
haha anyways, Simkin314 is deffinatly right about using higher rated fuses. If the recommended ones are blowing there is a problem which needs to be fixed. A higher fuse will most likely make it worse not better.

You probably have the coolant leak right under your distributer. Check the little rubber hose that is under the distributer. It is probably trickling down to your transmission, and then to the ground. Happened to my Accord, and my cousin's.
