Default h23vtec + ??? tranny

Looking into buying an H23vtec (from japans Accord Sports wagon, not hybrid) and I'm confused about transmissions with this thing. I know any H-series tranny will work but I've heard about h23's with an h22 tranny not working out so great. What you guys think? Could get an h22 lsd with it, or just use my current h23 tranny, which is in decent shape and save myself 400-600 dollars

Depending on your $$$, just use your H23 trans.
I think money would be better spent on a REAL LSD in your H23 trans rather than buying an H22 LSD trans.
iirc The H23VTEC powerband is in between the H22A and H23A1.
~7200rpm redline.
