a bad iacv, or a clogged or dirty one, would not cause your car to have black smoke... it WOULD however cause your car to idle very jumpy, or rough. Could cause it to bog as well. There are 2 bolts, take those out, 2 hose, take those off, clean it with carb cleaner, let it dry, very lightly lube it with silicon or wd40... put it back on, see what happens.
Before u do that, battery... b4 u do anything electrical pull ur battery.
but if you say it blows black smoke in neutral sometimes, and sometimes its fine... i doubt it is internals in your block or head... especially when it will be fine sometimes and not, do a run down of your car.

correct me if im wrong but wouldint a bad o2 sensor cause black exhaust smoke? my buddy had a bad o2 sensor on his golf vr6 and that thing had the batman smoke screen going on lol, that was untill he put in a new o2 sensor. i know that they are 2 VERY diffrent cars but it could be the problem..

I agree with fhukingviet, your probably running too rich. You have your ecu chipped, have you tuned your air to fuel ratio afterwords?

You obviously are running too rich if you are smelling unburnt fuel, What is your ecu chipped for? You most likely need to get it tuned.

Find a tuner close to you, take your car there.
