Distributor Problem b16a
Driving down the road crusing 4th gear, all of a sudden my rev just starts dropping. I can increase it but i have to floor it and it goes up as fast as if ur taking off in 3rd gear. I got no speed and engine jus bogs with mass misfire
I open my hood and my distributor is making some funny noise - clanking squeaky noises. I'm assuming my distributor is gone. Anyone got other insights?

Yep, same thing started happening to my 1st distributor. The squeaking is the bearings that allow the distributor shaft to spin freely. Most likely these bearings are shot.

So what should I do now - replace entire dist, or just bearings.
Read on previous archived posts about ppl have JDM b16a1 distributors for sale - anyone got some still?
