Default Gsr smoking bad (white smoke) & other issues

99' Gsr with bolt ons.

So car is smoking really bad.
I have oil coming out of my muffler. I also have oil coming out of my distributor cap.

My car was turbo'd before and it didnt smoke at all. Took turbo off, re-tuned and it began smoking.

Also, I have no o2 sensor (front). Is this a problem? I believe it was blocked off from ecu during tuning since i didnt have it at the time. When vtec is engaged my car goes into (limp) it idles really low and runs sluggish when come to a complete stop it idles fine and runs fine until vtec engages again. Could this be my ecu?

I will shop around to get a leak down and comp test's. Cylinder 3 spark plug is oily, the rest of them are fine. I am also loosing oil. Checked radiator and i have no bubbles.

tnx!

Blue smoke is oil
White smoke is coolent
Probably a leak around the headgasket on cyls 1 or 4.. where the waterjacket is.

No bubbles/oil in the coolant doesn't make it sound like a head gasket issue. I assume you've already checked the old oil feed/return lines to the turbo? They might be causing oil to end up in odd places/loose oil if they weren't properly plugged when the turbo was removed.

papi the oil in the distributor and on the spark plug could just a bad seal on the valve cover gasket. try to get a leak down test for your engine, it usually help to pin point or eliminated on necessary work that you may not need.

well the feed line was eliminated and the hole from the head was plugged. The return line is still connected to the oil pan, I just folded the rubber hose and ziptied it! (problem>?)

I have no idea were to get leak down test, I have called around and when i ask they seem lost.

sounds like somethin im goin thru but a little different! ***** drivin me wild. i got a 98 gsr motor in a ek coupe. put a skunk2 mani and typeR throttle body on it with a stock exhaust back on for that sleeper. i juss put typeR cams in it with a new oem head gasket and timing belt and also got the valves adjusted and the head tested! ran good as hell for 3 weeks or so then started runin sluggish as hell and smokin blue a little at high rpms and the pcv valve keeps gettin packed with oil and it looked like a little got in the intake manifold cleaned it out as well as the pcv and it seemed to run fine again for a couple weeks then same thing! 2day checked the compression from left to right it was 220, in about 175 180 in the rest! the cylinder that had 220 the valve cover grommet leaks oil down to the plug but doesnt make it miss fire.. what do yall think is goin on bad valve adjustment, timing, intake mani gasket?? or what love the car but this problem is killin me thanks
