94 Accord LX Idle Adjustment, How?!?!
The idle on my 94 LX is ridonculously low, it sits around 500 after it is warmed up, I need to change this - the entire cabin shakes. Does this require taking the intake off? If anyone could help me out, that would be awesome! Thanks!
you dont have to take the in take off. just locate the idle screw, start you car keep it about 3 grand untill you engine warms up, then adjust the idle screw to the speed you want. then you have to go to the fuse box under the hood and remove the 7.5 amp fuse for a couple seconds to clear the memory of the previous idle speed. plug the fuse back in and then shut the car off. when you start it back up it should be at the idle speed you just set

Cool man, but where is the idle screw located?
Disconnect your IACV then adjust the screw til you're satisfy and shut the car off. Plug the IACV back up and remove the backup fuse located under the hood for 10 sec. Plug it back and go start up the car then let it idle for a good minute without touching the gas pedal so the car can learn its new setting.
I found the screw on my 90 LX, but I cannot turn it. The flat head slit on the screw is not deep enough for any of my flat head screwdrivers to go in and turn. What else could I do?
Is the idler screw located in the same area as the EX vtec models? Need to adjust mine as well, it idles normal around 500rpm not the usual 7-800.
