There are a few '95 ITRs. Pretty sure the 95/96/97 are all the same though.

August 1995 if I'm not mistaken. Almost half of '95 they were available. Still referred to as 96-spec, so that may be where the confusion is coming from.

I can't tell you anything about the cluster but wow. only 37,643km. how many miles is that? Hopefully ITR theft didn't start in 1996.

yea if you see in the 96 spec it has a catalytic converter icon on the upper left and my doesn't and the 96 spec on the upper right their is a seat belt and door ajar icons. my only has the door ajar and a ABS icon. plus mine has the seat belt icon at the right bottom.But it looks like the 98 spec one of the two i found on the net... But why does it say a 95 ??????

Still incorrect. They were considered 1995 ITR's, but since the 96's had identical specs, they were all called 96 specs. Just like the 97's which were also called 96 specs (as opposed to 97 spec). A 96 spec wasn't called a 96 spec, until the 98 specs were introduced.

In all fairness, 96 specs should have been called 95 specs.

95=96
98+ all the same

if you have a 98+ Integra and a 95-97 cluster, you can simply swap the green circuit film on the back and it will work. However some of the indicators will be a bit off.

Swapping the "Green Film" is common practice to make clusters work between model years.

What exactly do you think is going to break?

All you need is a Philips screw driver and it takes less than 20 minutes to do...of course, you would know this if you searched.

Not having a cat light is really weird - surely all years came with a cat.
